 Minimum Investment                    £10k  Investment Term                            Based on each individual project ( Normaly each project takes 5/8 months)  Net return of investment      Upto 70% of profit, plus your initial investment amuont.       For example, a 80k project which is sold for 100k, the profit made is 20k. The 70% investor/s will receive according to their investment amount, plus their investment. So if Investor A puts 10k (12.5% of project cost), 70% of profit is 1750 + investment  (10,000), total return 11,750.    Note - Loss will be shared according to the total project cost.
